A. I'm based in Southeast Michigan and yes, I love to travel! Any location within 30 miles of 48178 is included as part of your selected package. Anything over 30 miles can be pre-arranged.

A. I know you have a variety of photographers to choose from and I'm honored to be considered! I really would like the opportunity to capture your moments for you! Here are just a few reasons why you should choose me as your photographer.

1. Passion - Photography is not just a job for me. I am a photographer because I truly, wth all my soul, love the art of it and I love capturing never to be repeated moments in time! Capturing those moments are so very important and my wish is that I get to do it for as many people as possible. Sometimes a photo is all we have left of a special moment or person and that makes it even more valuable.

2. Skill - I have spent my whole life learning photography just by taking pictures. Each time I push my shutter I learn something. I love learning and improving my craft. I am always investing in workshops and classes so I continue to grow. I'm not happy with "good" photos. I want to give you "amazing" photos!

3. Non-judgemental - All ethnicities, cultures, religions, sexual orientation , gender preference - all will be accepted and welcomed!

4. Fun - I really want you to have fun with your session! I want your session to be another happy memory! I don't want your session to be a chore, another thing to check off your to do list. I want you to leave saying, "That was fun! Let's do it again soon!"

5. I truly believe everyone should have photos of moments and people that are important to them. Even common everyday events. There is power in photos because they show a history - what people wore, how they wore their hair and many other things that show how things were at the moment. Photos evoke emotions. Have you ever looked at a photo and instantly felt the emotion displayed in the photo? Photos build connection. Photos of friends and family help each other feel close when they see themselves in photos. It brings them closer together, even if they are physically far apart.

A. This is one of my favorite parts of your session!!! The big reveal!
After your session I will hand edit each of your photos and when they are completed I will notify you. Your gallery will contain all of your photos and it is amazing! I love revealing your photos and getting your reactions! You can select which photos you would like for your collection. You only select what you love! I am sure you will love them all but if you need help with your selection I am happy to assist!

A. After you select which images you would like, I will then design and order any prints, albums and wall art that you have selected. Once everything is delivered I will inspect the products to ensure they meet my standards and then I can deliver everything to you or send it over to you depending on your location.

A. You will receive a link to your password protected online gallery with all your photos within 2-3 weeks of your session.

A. I always choose quality over quantity and I will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story. The number you will receive varies according to the collection you select.

A. I do hand edit each of your photos and will do adjustments for lighting, color and clarity. Also included are edits for skin clarity and smoothness. More advanced edits can be requested at an additional costs and are on a case by case basis. I want you to love your photos but I also want you to look like you!

A. Once you have booked your session with me I offer complimentary clothing guidance and tips! I will send you my style guide to help guide you with clothing selections. Clothing choices can bring your photos from "ok" to "amazing"!

A. Your online gallery will be available for viewing/ordering for two (2) weeks following your reveal date. Due to storage space, once your final gallery is delivered I cannot guarantee the storage of images. I do have hard drives and backups where selected images may be stored but do not guarantee them to be available after 14 days from delivery. When you download your gallery please back up your files on your computer on the off chance something happens to your originals. Once your final gallery is delivered and you have downloaded your selected images, I remove it from my site. If you need to get back into it at any time, if I can retrieve it I can get you back into your gallery for a $75 retrieval fee.
